6 月 9 日 晚,在基地(di)大廈十樓會(hui)議(yi)室,由夏(xia)河食品公(gong)司辦(ban)(ban)公(gong)室組織召開(kai)學習專(zhuan)題(ti)會(hui)議(yi)。會(hui)議(yi)學習了集團(tuan)公(gong)司發布的(de)《勞保用品發放管(guan)(guan)理規(gui)(gui)定(ding)(ding)》、《集團(tuan)辦(ban)(ban)公(gong)、生活(huo)設施管(guan)(guan)理規(gui)(gui)定(ding)(ding)》、《退(tui)休返聘人員管(guan)(guan)理規(gui)(gui)定(ding)(ding)》、《安多集團(tuan)股東(職工(gong))離崗休養管(guan)(guan)理規(gui)(gui)定(ding)(ding)》等管(guan)(guan)理文件(jian)內(nei)容(rong),根據(ju)管(guan)(guan)理規(gui)(gui)定(ding)(ding)文件(jian)內(nei)容(rong)對(dui)要點、關(guan)鍵(jian)點逐(zhu)一進行了強(qiang)(qiang)調要求,積極鼓勵(li)加強(qiang)(qiang)各項管(guan)(guan)理規(gui)(gui)定(ding)(ding)及文件(jian)的(de)學習, 進一步加強(qiang)(qiang)規(gui)(gui)范化管(guan)(guan)理;各崗位員工(gong)結合自身工(gong)作實際,深刻(ke)領(ling)會(hui)公(gong)司文件(jian)精神。
夏河(he)食品公司(si)(si)經理(li)(li)馬建(jian)華在會上(shang)做了(le)總結(jie)(jie)講話:一(yi)是(shi)學(xue)習常態化(hua),并要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)學(xue)以致(zhi)用。各(ge)(ge)(ge)環(huan)節(jie)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)學(xue)習不積極,態度不端正,要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)各(ge)(ge)(ge)環(huan)節(jie)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)改變(bian)(bian)自(zi)以為是(shi)、僥(jiao)幸心理(li)(li)和(he)盲目樂(le)觀的(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)行(xing)為,加強專(zhuan)業(ye)知(zhi)識、管(guan)理(li)(li)制(zhi)度和(he)法(fa)律法(fa)規的(de)(de)學(xue)習,提升自(zi)身業(ye)務能(neng)力水平(ping)。二(er)是(shi)提高(gao)管(guan)理(li)(li)規定(ding)(ding)的(de)(de)認知(zhi)。公司(si)(si)出臺的(de)(de)各(ge)(ge)(ge)項(xiang)管(guan)理(li)(li)規定(ding)(ding)是(shi)切合公司(si)(si)各(ge)(ge)(ge)環(huan)節(jie)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)實際(ji)而(er)制(zhi)定(ding)(ding)的(de)(de),對(dui)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)勞動(dong)保護,辦公、生(sheng)(sheng)活設施的(de)(de)使用管(guan)理(li)(li)責(ze)(ze)任,員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)退休、休假的(de)(de)管(guan)理(li)(li)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)進行(xing)了(le)強。;三是(shi)加強崗(gang)位履職盡責(ze)(ze)力度。對(dui)于(yu)近期發生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)門(men)衛脫崗(gang)現象給予了(le)嚴(yan)肅處理(li)(li),要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)各(ge)(ge)(ge)環(huan)節(jie)人員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)盡職盡責(ze)(ze),改變(bian)(bian)工(gong)作(zuo)作(zuo)風,提高(gao)工(gong)作(zuo)效率,不要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)觸碰公司(si)(si)各(ge)(ge)(ge)項(xiang)管(guan)理(li)(li)規定(ding)(ding)的(de)(de)底線。四是(shi)尋求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)結(jie)(jie)構(gou)調整、轉(zhuan)變(bian)(bian)生(sheng)(sheng)產模(mo)式(shi)。轉(zhuan)變(bian)(bian)季節(jie)性生(sheng)(sheng)產加工(gong)的(de)(de)模(mo)式(shi),提高(gao)人員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、機(ji)械設備(bei)利(li)用率,根據(ju)生(sheng)(sheng)產加工(gong)模(mo)式(shi)的(de)(de)轉(zhuan)變(bian)(bian)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)崗(gang)位員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)拓展(zhan)(zhan)技(ji)(ji)能(neng),適應生(sheng)(sheng)產模(mo)式(shi)的(de)(de)轉(zhuan)變(bian)(bian),通過專(zhuan)業(ye)知(zhi)識及理(li)(li)論(lun)知(zhi)識的(de)(de)學(xue)習,成為崗(gang)位技(ji)(ji)能(neng)與(yu)理(li)(li)論(lun)水平(ping)相(xiang)適應的(de)(de)復合型人才(cai)。五(wu)是(shi)強化(hua)思想覺悟、提高(gao)規范行(xing)為。全體員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)統一(yi)思想, 堅決(jue)打(da)擊一(yi)些不利(li)于(yu)公司(si)(si)發展(zhan)(zhan)和(he)影響內部團(tuan)結(jie)(jie)的(de)(de)言(yan)論(lun),杜絕(jue)拉幫結(jie)(jie)派、造謠(yao)、污蔑(mie)、是(shi)非不分,顛倒(dao)黑白等不良現象,杜絕(jue)一(yi)切有損公司(si)(si)發展(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)言(yan)行(xing),做到不信(xin)謠(yao)、不傳謠(yao)、不搞(gao)小團(tuan)體,在思想上(shang)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)做到流言(yan)止于(yu)我,要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)當流言(yan)的(de)(de)終結(jie)(jie)者,而(er)不是(shi)傳播者。樹立(li)正能(neng)量(liang),共(gong)同推動(dong)集團(tuan)公司(si)(si)穩步健(jian)康發展(zhan)(zhan)。
